The previous site was a locally listed former police station with the main street fronting building being a two-storey Edwardian construction together with a large forecourt to the rear
The planning approval was gained for a change of use, first floor rear extension and full refurbishment and renovation of the Edwardian Police Station building into residential accommodation; providing four new dwellings.
At the rear, a new two-storey construction was approved under the same application for a further 4 flats providing a total of 8 new residential units across the site.
