Aubone Tennant
Managing Director
Having served in the Armed Forces, Aubone transitioned in 2008 to co-found Wifinity, an internet service provider that installed wireless broadband networks into barracks, holiday parks and universities across the country.
After a successful exit to private equity in 2020, and using the project management and fundraising skills he had learned, Aubone embarked on a new and exciting journey in property.
Initially he built up a portfolio of properties in the North West of England by buying and then refurbishing run-down properties in Crewe, Stockport and Manchester.
He quickly realised the opportunity that existed in converting commercial properties into residential homes in and around London, where there is a shortage of high quality homes for first time buyers.
As Managing Director, Aubone now brings his entrepreneurial skills and leadership to Stoneharbour Developments
Steve Robinson
Non Executive Advisor
Steve is the founder and managing director of Wildwood Construction, a multi-disciplinary building company based in Thames Ditton, Surrey.
Since 2010, Wildwood has delivered over 40 building contracts ranging from refurbishments and extensions to new builds and commercial conversions around South West London and Surrey.
The 35 years Steve has spent in the construction industry means he brings a wealth of contacts and hands-on experience to Stoneharbour Developments. He advises the company on strategy, site acquistion, procurement, site safety and compliance, quality control, and site feasibility.
Nigel Husband
BA(hons) Dipl Arch RIBA, Architectural & Planning Advisor
Nigel is the managing director of Husband and Partners Architects Ltd, a Chartered Architectural Practice primarily focused on residential projects.
With a specialisation in optimising development on challenging sites, Nigel has been a Chartered Architect since 1987, accumulating 37 years of experience. He established his own practice in 1989 and additionally served as the Director of Architecture at Z Group Ltd, for six years.
Throughout his career, Nigel has been actively involved in academia, acting as a Tutor and External Examiner at Kingston University School of Architecture and several other academic institutions. His extensive architectural design expertise spans various sectors, with a particular emphasis on residential and retail projects valued up to £30 million.
Passionate about sustainable architecture, Nigel boasts nearly two decades of experience at the forefront of architectural innovation in the UK and internationally.
In addition to his professional roles, he contributes to his community by serving as a Councillor and Chair of Buckland Parish Council.
Nathan Bloch
CFO and Chartered Accountant
Nathan is a commercially experienced CFO who has operated property development businesses for almost 15 years, developing residential houses and flats and large new-build care homes in the UK.
Focussing primarily on the finance and legal side of the business, Nathan is a seasoned finance professional and has arranged finance for developments from private, institutional and governmental sources. He is a “hands-on” professional, involved in most elements of development activity.
With his financial experience, Nathan supports the vision of the business to deliver quality property in London’s boroughs and beyond.
