Our Vision

The goal of Stoneharbour is to identify, accquire and convert former industrial or commercial buildings that represent exciting opportunities as residential or mixed use developments.

We only take on projects that have planning permission or permitted development rights, which allows us to complete our projects quickly and with less risk. This means we can pay a premium for the properties we take on as well as giving a great return to our private investors.

Our USP is finding properties that have the potential to be converted into residential homes, which is the quickest and most sustainable way to bring new homes to the market. Our projects are normally 5-20 units and have a gross development value of between £1.5-£4m.

Our vision is to play our part in bringing life back to the high street and solving the housing crisis by rapidly delivering high quality, affordable residential units in in the most sustainable and efficient way.
